Hi! I love your guys’ show: the casual banter, the insight into what life is like in the UK, the intelligent conversation (including the use of BIGWORDS that frighten many but thrill glossophiles such as myself).
Emma! Your birthday is the day after mine! And I love the AKG podcast—it’s what introduced me to this podcast, as a matter of fact.
Pete! Your birthday is…..many months after mine! o_o
Emma, you said on AKG the other day that you hadn’t a drop of Irish blood in you, and that’s so strange to me because here in the US, we’re all a bunch of mutts! Everyone’s “part Irish,” and “part German” or “half Italian, half Swiss” or some such combination. I myself am mostly German, then Dutch, and then Irish, Scottish, French, English, and Cherokee. Pure-blooded people here definitely are the exception!
Anywhat, you are both splendid and I agree that couples should have their own rooms. I’ve never shared a room with anyone, nor do I ever intend to do so. It’s a matter of maintaining your sanity, really.
Keep talking! You make my iPod (named Tripod the Younger, because it is my third iPod product—hence “Tri”—and because it is actually the replacement sent by Apple after my original Classic fell ill—hence “the Younger”) happy. See? You aren’t the only ones who name things. :D
oh—I forgot
Have you heard of the UK podcast called “Dirty Boxers” it is some college students and an old guy who stayed behind in the dorm who have a show
Thanks for the new poscasts—it seems so long
I enjoy your banter between each other
Have you gotten in touch with Mr.Vobes yet—he has been doing a lot of traveling around and doing his historical walks and podcasts
Please do more
Thanks
Thought you both would enjoy these podcasts of Mr. Vobes and his kids

I cant believe I just listened about 3 hours to you two talking about a bed, couch etc.
I guess since I was working, the time flew by
You guys really need to get some kids or friends or something—get out more—LOL
I am heading to Iowa in the US for a vacation I guess—family and taking 2 teens and a girlfriend doesnt sound fun to me.
I am interested in the mental illness stuff—both my grandparents had some and I was wondering if it is inherited?
Hope you guys have a great summer—it is already heading towards 100 degrees in Texas
oh—I forgot
Have you heard of the UK podcast called “Dirty Boxers” it is some college students and an old guy who stayed behind in the dorm who have a show
It has a bit of language, but funny
I miss you guys—I get your separate shows, but love to hear your rantings together
I heard Pete on Mr. Vobes—that was so cool of you to help him out
Have you heard of Dirty Boxers Podcast? Leigh Brown is a fellow UKer and has also made friends with Vobey
Please make some more podcasts together
FYI—it has been 90 degrees F here for about a month and now heading into the 100s in Texas—my plants are suffering too
Thanks
